Mark M. Mitchell is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University where he earned a BA in Natural Science. He also obtained an MS in Administration and Finance from UC-Irvine, an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and the CFP designation from the College of Financial Planning.

Mitchell has been active in both the private and non-profit arenas. He has worked as a Commercial Loan Officer for Bank of America, a Registered Investment Advisor, as VP/CFO for the National Companies (Los Angeles area) and as a financial and business consultant to small businesses for the past ten years.

Currently, he is promoting tax advantaged alternative investing for qualified, accredited investors in the energy sectors.
